Named after our black Lab 'Angus', our 2006 Black Dog is an estate blend of 65% Cabernet, 25% Syrah and 10% Merlot. It has flavors of rich black fruit with hints of cherry, lavender and spice. With very soft tannins it pairs well with veal, duck with fruit sauce, salmon and tuna.
