Our 2008 Pinot Noir surprised Pinot lovers when it earned a Gold Medal (with a score of 94) at the prestigious Pinot Summit & Shootout in 2011.  We believe our 2009 Pinot Noir is even better!

Our 2009 Pinot Noir has been aged French Oak for 16 months. The cool foggy nights and warm sunny days of De Luz provide a unique Southern California growing environment resulting in a Pinot Noir with flavors and aromas of bright cherry fruit with hints of raspberry, earth and smoky tobacco. You will find soft tannins with a velvet-like mouth feel and gentle lingering finish.
